Nice rundown, Mike! Thanks for not including any of the post-work fishing photos, especially any documentation of yours truly battling that wily spruce limb across the way. And losing. I think I foul hooked it.

A little help

Anyone know a good river besides the NU to fly fish near Eugene? I hit the Alsea with my dad last week but everyone was using roe and spinners, makes it more difficult to get fish on the fly. Water was great on the Alsea, we hit the Sandy, Siuslaw, NU and Alsea this weekend. Water still a little high everywhere but the Alsea, they were pulling nice fish out but I'm not much of a gear guy.
