Cougar dam project photos

I stopped by Cougar dam the beginning of this month to take a look at the work going on. The flow from the dam has been completely stopped and water is being discharged through what I imagine is the diversion from building the dam. I fished downstream about a mile from where these pictures were taken and found the water to be extremely high.
